How do you grow your hair longer and faster?

My lifes goal was to have long hair but im impatient and always cut it. Its in between my mid back and shoulders right now and i want long hair so how can i grow it faster? and my hair grows REALLY SLOOOOOOOOOOOOW. thank you! you are helping a lot by answering!
