121 Democrats have voted to allow lawsuits against citizens reporting suspicious activities?

I know. This is outrageous. The law would protect citizens who report suspected terrorists from lawsuits, such as the one that was filed by the Muslim clerics who were thrown off a flight after their suspicious activity and anti American remarks. We want our citizens to report this kind of thing. We do not want them facing the possibility of ridiculous but expensive lawsuits. Fortunately, most of the Democrats voted with the Republicans to p the immunity bill, but shame on the 121 who did not.
