Did anyone continue to smoke marijuana after gastric byp surgery?

I ONLY want to hear from people who somke pot. Don't waste ur time telling me not to. Has anyone continued to smoke after gastric byp? I had the surgery 3 days ago and I'm doing well, but I'm still smoking pot. Not ciggs, not eating, I'm a medicinal marijuana patient. A nurse I asked made it sound like I'd be fine. Did anyone do this?
