I am 12 days late on my period.?

I know I am not pregnant because my husband had a vasectomy. nine years ago. I'm having minor cramps, which is uncommon with me, but NO bleeding. But I did have small color when I wipe yesterday. I haven't been to the gyno in probably 4 years. I didn't know if I need to worry about something bad or is it normal when it comes to stress...
