Ideas for after you get married at the courthouse?

i need some really good ideas for what to do after we get married at the corthouse. I was thinking that we could go to dinner with a few of our friends, or we could have a party back at our house but we have such a very small apartment. we were going to have a big wedding but we put it on hold till we have enough money. help!!!!!!!
