Don't feel like celebrating wedding anniversary :(?

It would be our 2nd anniv. in a week but I don't feel like celebrating. My husband is a nice guy except that there seems to be some emotional vac between us. He doesn't open up to me, I feel a bit of a stranger in his life. You would be right to say that communication gap is the culprit, but I am just tired of reasoning out and arguing, explaining. Why can't men just give a little unconditional love?
