Good tripod that wont break under my camera?

im going to get a canon D7 no matter what, but what im most worried about is that ill be using it and my cheap tripod is going to break underneath it. it doesnt seem to strong with my moms nikon, And i definetly dont want to drop my canon d7 when i get it, bcuz i dont have very much money. please help. i cant get a nice bogen or anything, but nice and cheap
