How do I get my stuff back?

The FBI seized a bunch of my equipment because my son was downloading kiddie . It has been six months since the raid. What do I need to do to get my stuff back? (If I can) I am uming they only found the few files he downloaded. They took my xbox and ps2 along with a bunch of PCs I use for studies. (I am a student) What can I do?
