I have to write a biography about myself in a character's point of view?

hi, so i have to write an autobiography and from a characters point of view for example, writing a autobiography about myself from harry potter's point of view. i dont know who to do! i was thinking of bella from twilight but i dont know how to write it in her voice! help? who should i do? im 14 and im a girl.
