My wife and I are parting ways after twenty years. I plan to relocate in the next 3 months, or so. I've been seeking out month-to-month, room-to-rent arrangements to fill the gap. I've scoped out a great place--right price, perfect commuting distance from work. Potential roommate is female. This place has no privacy, soundwise. The rooms are separated by those accordian,space-separating things, no ceilings, and the floors are hard. You can hear a spider crawling, from one corner to the other. I masturbate every morning. I'm discrete and quiet about it, but, given the layout and acoustics of the place, she'll hear and know what I'm doing, if she's awake. How do I broach this subject with her? She's left a couple messages with me, asking if I'm still interested. I really think I need to disclose to her. I think I need to ask her, "Hey. I think sound really carries around your place.
