AMC: Whatever Happened To The "Christmas Angel" Storyline ...?

I loved that! I guess since they got rid of the good families, they cut out the good traditions too.What about Dixie and Tad and the wishing star? Even when Dixie was gone, or dead, him and JR would get together, why hasnt he taught this to Kathy. That would be a good thing for him and JR to do with her!
