Are emissions from a black light(uv lamp) anywhere close to those that would be present in sunlight?

just wondering about the actual numerical difference in intensity. i dont need specifics but a rough number would be alright. Also when i say UV lamp i mean the type you see in clubs and some bars, not the tanning ones which are used in solariums, also a rough figure for them would be helpful as well. thanks in advance
