But if you want to be a good fighter join the wrestling team at school (its free) or a boxing or mma gym (between $50 and $100) because if you practice fighting (wrestling, boxing, MMA, etc.) 5 times a week you can destroy most people on the street. The best way to learn to fight is be in fights. In fact its the only way really. Start working out, a lot, and practice fighting with gloves against someone who knows what they are doing and then get some fights. You can pick fights at the mall or school, or just spar at a local gym or dojo. However if you arent a mean, violent, or angry person, a very athletic person, or you don't train in some form of martial arts, then avoid fights altogether.

Hey, i just wanted to know if you can forget a language forever if you dont use it for a while. I was born in NYC but raised in Finland and i used to speak finnish perfectly like any other kid there. If you're making a ramp deck, make something you can really dump all your mana into, like wolfbriar elemental, so you can just run your opponent over flat. Vivid groves don't do anything in this deck, as you only have green cards, and one-shot pump effects and lifegain are generally bad. If you're making a manaramp deck, you want your deck to be mostly ramp and high costing spells, and maybe a few things to slow your opponent down. Companion and elvish warrior and sacred wolf are too midrange, so they sort of get in the way, and cut them for something like overgrown battlements, which slows down your opponent and makes mana. Finally, cut one card and just make it 60 cards.

5 minutes is WAY too long. The rule is a minute for every year...so she's at about 1.5 minutes. The rule is supposed to kind of take into account their attention span. your wife is nuts...she is NOT too young for a TO. better to start early and nip things instead of letting the little issues turn into HUGE issues...stick to your guns but go for 1.5-2 minutes. Also, you can try a sort of rule chart with stickers (sell them at teacher stores or even Office Max) and give her a toy out of a grab bag at the end of the week...

i take care my cousins 3 month old. he only likes his bouncer seat, but like you said, it only lasts for so long. he isn't at the stage where he likes rattles and i bought him one of those mats for christmas so i'm hoping that entertains him a bit! i don't want him to get into the habit of being held all the time. we do a lot of interactive things. i'll lay him on the floor or the couch and we'll play. we'll do "this little piggy", "itsy, bitsy spider" and other things like that. we "exercise" and do stretches. other than that, there's not a whole lot i can think of you can really do with a 3 month old. as he gets older, it does get easier. he'll learn to entertain himself.

Couple of tiles fallen off wall after tiling?

Done tiling many times before, and never ever had this problem. Two of the top row of tiles have fallen off (I'm told on their own). I tiled straight onto painted wall with standard ready mixed wall tile adhesive. Evidence of a lot of moisture behind tile when removed, it was completely dry before. Is it a matter of damp in wall and after two days will just take longer to set? Or is it a odd paint which the tile won't adhere to? Help much appreciated. I would hope when the grout is on that will help stick them together until they fully set?

Madden 10 Madden Test Rediculous, and makes games VERY EASY?

I don't really understand the madden test in Madden 10. It is much different from the previous version. It is IMPOSSIBLE to complete a p for the first part, then they just make you try and sack the QB for the rest of the time when on defense. This makes my Madden IQ VERY low (in the 300's) which makes games extremely easy in my franchise. I am the Texans and I average like 3 TD's with Slaton and 2 with Andre, and that is with Orlovsky (300+ypg, 158.3 per rating almost every game) as Schaub is injured. I don't want to put it in a pro/ all pro setting. Last year it was quite difficult when I played with my Madden IQ (Which used to be in the 500's). What gives?

i dont think they invalidate your scores, but colleges don't look highly upon a student who took the SAT 8 times.. the average/ recommended number of times to take the SAT is 2-4, 4 being the maximum... This standard varies with schools, but the highly selective unniversities won't see your taking the SAT 8 times as a positive thing, even if you DID get an excellent score. Colleges don't like that you took the SAT so many times because by the 8th time, you basically know the entire test so well, it pretty much defeats the purpose. Good job on your 2340 though!

Is it normal for your head to feel COLD after hitting it rather than painful?

About 10 minutes ago I fell and hit my head on a wall. Not terribly hard, I don't think, but there was certainly quite a thump. But I'm a little weirded out because I feel absolutely no pain at all from it. When I hit it it instantly felt COLD. Not biting cold, just...chilly. And it still feels that way, and now the opposite site of my head feels like it has a light pressure. I can't imagine I could be concussed, as I really don't think I hit it very hard at all, but I don't have any experience with concussions, so who knows. Any opinions/ideas/experiences?

The heater or blower for vents and defrost in my 1995 gmc jimmy 4 door suv don't blow air for crap. On the high setting it just blows enough to feel it if you have your hand right in front of the vents or defrost vents on the dash. Do you think a vent is blocked maybe or partially blocked ? I'm not sure its the blower motor seems to work fine unless someone knows of a stronger blower motor that would fit into the 95 jimmy ?

A question about Junior dos Santos vs Brock Lesnar?

I personally want dos Santos to beat Lesnar this June. I think if he can work on his sprawl and takedwon defense, and keep the battle standing up until Brock is worn out, dos Santos can win this battle, and get a shot at the title against Cain Velasquez. I suspect Brock is still heavily favored due to his size and raw strength, and wrestling background. I hear Brock is still training for this bout, and it will be a tough fight for dos Santos, but Santos can beat him if he can just stay away and keep the battle standing up and be ready to counter-attack or defend against takedowns. What do you guys think dos Santos will need in order to skewer the beast that is Lesnar? Brock may be huge, and a powerful wrestler, but I don't think he is invincible, or the god-like fighter that everyone makes him out to be. You are going to keep having a mold problem in your basement. You can try the following (it worked for me). Take a piece of plastic and duct tape it to your wall. If moisture builds up; you have a condensation problem. Home Depot and Lowe's sells a paint designed specifically to repel moisture from concrete. Use this on your walls. I hate to say this but you are going to have to dig up your carpet. You can recycle it but you are going to have to put down a vapor barrier. It is real easy to do but you are going to need a slam hammer. Paint the floor with the moisture barrier paint. Put down a layer of plastic (you can find rolls in the paint section). Secure the plastic with thin strips of wood about six to eight inches apart parallel to each other. Secure sections of plywood on top of the strips of wood. Now you can put down your carpet. I suggest you get a dehumidifier for the real humid days. This should help your mold problem immensely.

My husband's ex-wife has called CPS for the fourth time in four years. Everytime she and her new husband get mad at anyone, they take it out on us. EVERY single time she has called CPS they have cleared us and according to them "chalked it up to sour gs". This newest call will go the same way. I have a friend that an addict,abusing his medical istance, will he get caught?

My boy, which ive known now for close to 15 years just got out of rehab for the 7th time. He stayed clean for a few days shy of 3 months. In that time, he received medical istance and trying to get disability just so he has an excuse to stay high, not work, and eventually die or end up in jail for a long time. The problem is that he has a family doctor, which doesn't know he is an addict and he talked her into giving him pain medicine, sleeping pills, and who knows what else. I just found out from his mom the other day that he is also going to a few free medical clinics in carroll county MD. I guess they just ask you if you have insurance and you say yes, and they take your word on it. They are also giving him narcotics. I know he will hate me but shouldn't I call his doctor and find out what clinics he is conning and tell them. The thing is, if they check after i call and see he has insurance when you cant be seen there unless you are unemployed, and obviously don't have insurance. I am scared he will get locked up for insurance fraud or doctor shopping. But, I don't want to get a call from his mom saying he just died. Please give me some advice

She doesn't bite me as much(or as hard) as she bites my family. There are other birds in the room with her(two parakeets and one ateil). One of the parakeets is pretty loud, the rest of the birds are quiet. Would it help to put her in a different room away from the other birds. Each bird has its own cage, so they're not really attached. I haven't let her get acquainted with the other birds because a) I want to build my bond with her. b) She doesn't seem to WANT to get acquainted. I have that bitter spray(you spray it on your hands and when you get bit the bird has a bitter taste in its mouth). The only way I can coax her out of her gage is by holding her favorite treat at the entrance of her cage( I never stick my hand in her cage. I know you probably won't like this but it sounds very much like stress/panic disorder, the tingling can occur if you hyperventilate and it interferes with the blood chemistry which would also cause dizziness and nausea, as well as the heart palpitations, racing heartbeat etc. The blood pressure is more worrying as you are young to have it and although stress can make it worse it shouldn't remain consistently high. Drinking coke is not good as it is high in caffeine and that will just exaggerate your symptoms. As the prednisolone worked i would hazzard a guess that it is an autoimmune or inflammatory disease of some description as steroids do help with those. There are lots of little known conditions so it is unlikely that You would be able to find your symptoms matching exactly one of the better know ones. If they find nothing it could be that you have ME or something, maybe Menieres which would tie in with your ear and nose problem. hang in there, it sounds like your doctors are trying to get a hold on this for you. I have a bearded dragon and I also have a cat that loves to bring dead animals to my front step. My cat likes to sit on top of the dragons cage with her tail swooshing back and forth and yes if I allowed her to have access to my beardie my beardie would be dead. As long as you have a screen top on the cage you shouldn't have a problem. They have little hooks on them so it isn't like the cat is going to knock the top off. If you don't have a screen top then go to your local pet store and pick one up. They aren't expensive. It really shouldn't do anything to affect the iguanas temperament and over time your cat will realize it isn't going anywhere and will pay less attention to the iguana as your iguana will pay less attention to your cat. The best thing you can do when the cat is paying to much attention to your iguana get a spray bottle and fill it with water and every time you feel your cat is trying to intimidate the iguana spray her so she will run away from the area. I hope this helps.

My rabbits love toliet paper rolls! I put some hay and some treats (raisens, dried papaya, favorite veggie) inside the tube and let them have it. Mine generally get all the stuff out quite quickly and all over their cage because they love to toss the tube up in the air. It's so cute!

Why am i so pissed at the world all the time?

Will I ever gain weight in the SAME area I did liposuction on? I know I can gain weight just as easy?

just as easy as I would before the liposuctions, but my concern is about the area that I did the lipsuctions in. In intial consultation with the doctor he told me that I would gain weight in the same area. He explained that he will be able to remove aprox 80% of the fat cells, but if I ever gain weight, then the other 20% fat cells will expand and fill the void of the other cells and I would exprience the same weight gain in that area. That does not make sense to me, because why would someone do a liposuction to beging with if they will regain weight in the same area. Hi. I want to see my girlfriend but her parents are really upset and don't want me to. She lives at home with the during her college and I work at Petsmart. Weeds in cracks of sidewalk / patio made with rock slabs?

I re-did an old sidewalk a few years ago: it had been rock slabs a couple inches thick, but they were widely spaced and almost covered with gr. I dug down six inches or so, put down landscape fabric, then crushed gravel, then sand, laid new stones on top, and filled the cracks with sand. Also, had wood boards along the sides. It looked nice for a little while, but then after time and mowing with gr clippings etc. landing on it, gr began to grow in the cracks again. It pulls out relatively easily because of the sand, but takes most of the sand with it so you would have to be continually replacing the sand. Did I do something wrong? Is there any way to avoid the weeds, or would you have to fill the cracks with something hard (cement?)? I'm afraid the filler would crack.

I am American Expat in Romania...I would not bother to ship your car or your electronics. It will cost you almost as much in adapters as new appliances themselves. I would also go ahead and sell your car and buy a new one. Thats what we did. I would honestly due to shipping costs pay for an extra suitcase or 2 and bring your most treasured stuff and not worry about nick-knacks and such you can buy most everything you need there. PLus it will also give you a chance to collect some neat things from your area. Do you have friends there? I would begin to look very soon for an English Church, an American School, and expat community, and language lessons. These are things we have done and have given us an opportunity to meet locals who speak English and other expats. All who have been helpful in helping us with language and simple things that we have struggled with. I would suggest if at all possible locating someone who speaks both languages if at all possible someone western who is there already and communicate with them via skype, myspace or yahoo messenger if possible they can help you with things like how to get around your new town, taking a taxi or bus, shopping, getting medicines....ect....I would see if it is possible to have someone go grocery shopping with you the first few times. grocery shopping can be very stressful and can even end in tears just trying to find out which one is baking powder adn which one is soda...Also find out if the flour is self-rising, there is no such thing here in Romania and it took some time before we discovered this and were able to locate yeast. Also since I suspect there are some similaraties there as here...A fanny farmer cookbook can be a lifesavor..because a lot of things we use to cook with a home or either not available to so expensive here we cannot afford them. I would also find out about English books there. It is harder to find them most bookstores only carry the clics and maybe the new Harry Potter but not much else. I would check Amazon UK and see if they ship to your area, they do not ship here but if they did it would make things so much better for us. There is a lot we cannot get here and I would like to get...So check that out it....I am not sure what else to say except learn some useful phrases Before you know it language program is free and online...We loved it and even our 6 year old was able to learn some basic Romanian. So I have just started helping my aunt teach a 5th grade religious ed cl. She has had this cl for a while and the first day I went, I was amazed how misbehaved they were. ( My aunt is one of those people who think they know everthing.) Her cl is out of control. There are about 14 kids and most are very quiet but there are about 4 who are so misbehaved. Birth control pills affecting next "normal" period?

Ladies, my last period was Dec 1 and I started birth control pills on Dec 3 to suppress my next period, due to vacation. But, after only about weeks in, I had some breakthrough bleeding for a couple of days and just stopped altogether. I "think" my next period then started a few days later, on Christmas day, but was very light and didn't last as long. But I'm not sure if it was a period or not! Trouble with clarinet reeds?

So I have been playing clarinet for a little over 5 years now on Mitchell Lurie reeds and have never had a problem with them until now. I am playing 4.5 reeds, as Mitchell Lurie tends to be softer, but lately have had trouble with good reeds. In the box of 10 I can only find 2 that I can play on, and articulating on them is very difficult and sometimes makes me squeak. Any suggestions would be very helpful!!
