Do the new NIKE ZOOM KOBE 6 shoes run small or large?

im trying to get a pair of the new kobe 6 basketball shoes for my boyfriend, who wheres size 11.5 for casual shoes. i want to surprise him by ordering it online and getting it to him but i have no idea how basketball shoes are sized. please help me outt! thankss
