My husband is vasectomy for over 30 years?

my husband is vasectomy for over 30 years, is there any chances we can have a baby of our own? And also, in his blood he has something like a virus HTLV that causes leukemia, so you think it will affect of not having a baby? I dont want the child will have it, i am so worried about it and make me think that maybe we can adopt child. I just wanted one of our own but seems like it is impossible. Please helpppp. Your answers is greatly appreciated.
